This print explores a time and place in multiple histories simultaneously existing. The featured character gains knowledge from his monkey god and learns to use a bone as a tool and weapon. 25” x 19” 4 color screen print on speckletone from French Paper Co. using Jaquard inks. Signed and numbered edition of 26.

Giving this #artvshero thing a try where I surround my work with that of my biggest influences. This was fun but difficult to have to leave out some very influential artists that have inspired what I do and changed the way I think about art.

Sean Starwars Kickstarter Campaign

Please check out this campaign to raise dough for a large printing press by woodcut printmaker Sean Starwars. His prints are amazing and he wants to be able to print at a much larger scale. Also in adding a press he wants to open his studio to other artists and allow them to print their hearts out too.
